(Ro. 2:28-29; Php 3:3; Col.2:11) Canceling: exaleipho: to obliterate, erase, wipe out, cancel (erase tears; figurative, pardon sin). (Col. 2:14) Record of Debt: cheirographon: khi’- rah-gra-fon: something hand-written (“chirograph”) i.e. a manuscript (specially a legal document of bond [figurative]): - record Put them to open shame: deigmatizo: to exhibit: - to shame; to make an example of, to show as an example, to expose one to disgrace.
